Parminder Singh embarks on AI journey, launches Kampd

Following his departure from Tatler Asia, Parminder Singh has embarked on a new journey in the field of AI.

In a LinkedIn post, Singh said that he will be stepping into the role of co-founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Kampd, a communities platform, to focus on creating AI-empowered spaces.

"Whether you're passionate about fintech or mental health, creating and sharing content with like-minded people should be intuitive and effortless. AI has the potential to dramatically reshape connections and be a catalyst for dynamic, intelligent communities," he stated.

Additionally, Singh and the Kampd team will be launching an AI fluency initiative that aims to equip senior leaders with practical knowledge, strategic insights, and actionable playbooks.

"The flywheel of both initiatives, digital communities and AI leadership, will help create future-forward businesses in Asia and beyond," said Singh.

Moreover, Singh will be taking on the role of chief AI architect at Ecosystm, a digital research and advisory company, to help transform it into an "AI-first market intelligence platform".

Earlier this month, Singh stepped down from the role of chief operating officer (COO) of Tatler Asia. Confirming the move to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Singh said he has had the privilege to work at the intersection of technology, business, and communities.

Following his departure, Michel Lamunière, chairman and CEO of Tatler will be taking on the reigns. Reflecting on his stint at Tatler Asia, Singh said that it was an "eventful time". During his time as COO, Singh and his team launched several exciting products, set up industry-defining IPs and world-class events, said Singh in his post. Singh also noted the beautiful moments he shared with his team.
