Media platform RADII has appointed Alex Lendrum as its new managing editor. The strategic move underscores RADII's commitment to delivering high-quality content that amplifies diverse voices and perspectives across the region.

By bringing on Lendrum, RADII aims to enrich its offerings and enhance its role as a leading voice in showcasing contemporary Asian culture.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Lendrum brings a unique blend of cultural insight and a global perspective, having worked in Hong Kong and Los Angeles as an editor, media director, and brand manager. His career spans roles at prominent brands such as HYPEBEAST, where he managed the launch of its quarterly printed magazine; GOAT Group, as editor-in-chief of its GREATEST magazine; and working alongside streetwear icon Edison Chen as his marketing director for CLOT.

Other positions he's held also include head of content at MAEKAN, head of collaborations and partnerships at BELLA + CANVAS, and marketing manager at The 3125C creative agency.

Lendrum's experience in managing diverse content projects and collaborations will enhance RADII's editorial direction and global reach. Additionally, his deep understanding of youth culture fostered through his work with influential brands, aligns well with RADII's mission to explore the dynamic subcultures of Asia.

"Lendrum brings a strong track record of shaping trends and voices within the Asian youth culture scene, and together we look forward to elevating RADII to a new level. This appointment marks an exciting new chapter for RADII as we continue to transcend boundaries and bring fresh perspectives to the forefront," said founder and CEO, Brian Wong.

On joining RADII, Lendrum said, “I feel blessed that my rich, varied heritage has given me a front-row seat to both Eastern and Western ways of life. The last 10 years working in LA and now returning to my home city of Hong Kong—has sharpened my perspective, keeping me tuned into the heartbeat of today’s global scene.”

Other moves in the industry includes the promotion of Martin Tan to the editor-in-chief of Lifestyle Asia Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. Prior to his promotion, Teo was the editor-in-chief of Lifestyle Asia Kuala Lumpur, a role he held since 2023.

In his new role, Teo will drive key strategies for the editorial and creative growth of Lifestyle Asia, ensuring greater synergies between the two countries. The new structure will enable the teams in Malaysia and Singapore to work collaboratively, while honouring the local market preferences.
