Business consultancy 24 Hour Business Plan (24HRBP) has appointed former Shazam and IAB Australia executive Vijay Solanki as senior advisor, as the firm sharpens its focus on delivering solutions to the not-for-profit and health sectors.
Solanki, whose 30-year career spans Unilever, Philips, Shazam and more recently CEO of the IAB, joins to help mission-led organisations develop clear, actionable strategies via 24HRBP’s intensive workshop-based planning model. The consultancy has delivered over 200 strategic plans to clients including UNICEF, Gowrie NSW and Canteen.
“I’m energised by the opportunity to help NFP leaders scale their impact through strategic clarity,” Solanki said. “Strategy doesn’t need to take months - in sectors like health and social impact, it simply can’t afford to.”
The move reunites Solanki with 24HRBP founder Andrew “Billy” Baxter, who said Solanki’s appointment reflects the increasing need for nimble, impact-oriented strategy in sectors under pressure to do more with less.
“Not-for-profits face the same strategic challenges as startups and corporates - limited resources, high stakes, and the constant pressure to deliver,” Baxter said. “Vijay brings unmatched experience and empathy for purpose-driven leaders.”
The announcement also marks the launch of 24HRBP’s partnership with Matchmore Group, which connects not-for-profits with donors and pro bono support. The collaboration will see Matchmore’s network of 500+ NFPs gain access to 24HRBP’s rapid strategy programs.
“Partnering with 24HRBP means we can offer our clients rapid, high-quality strategy that boosts both effectiveness and efficiency,” Matchmore co-founder Steve Hirst, added.
The appointment and partnership are effective immediately.
