Integrated creative agency Tilt, a subsidiary of HM International Holdings Limited, has appointed Subbaraju Alluri as chief executive officer for Southeast Asia.

The appointment comes as the agency pushes to expand its footprint in Singapore and the wider region.

As CEO, Alluri will spearhead Tilt's regional growth strategy, enhance its integrated service offerings and deepen its presence in key Asian territories.

Alluri brings over two decades of experience to the role, most notably from his 19-year tenure at Grey Group. During that time, he held several senior roles including president director and CEO of Grey Indonesia, group CEO for Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore, and senior vice president of Indonesia.

Following his exit from Grey Group in 2020, he was a managing director of Asia at Genero and is currently a founder of Merlions Group.

William Chan, group CEO of HM International Holdings, said Alluri’s regional expertise and strategic leadership made him the right fit to drive Tilt’s expansion.

In tandem, Alluri said that he is excited to join Tilt at "such a pivotal point in its evolution."

“The agency’s bold, integrated and future-forward approach is exactly what brands across Asia need today. I look forward to working with the talented team to unlock new opportunities and build strong, enduring client partnerships," said Alluri.

Alluri joins Tilt’s growing leadership team, working alongside managing director and partner Madina Kalyayeva and group creative director Karn Singh.

Kalyayeva was first appointed to her role in February 2024 following her role at M&C Saatchi Singapore.

Meanwhile, Singh joined the agency in April 2024, bringing over 17 years of experience in the advertising realm.
