Brand tech group Gusto Collective has expanded its footprint across Singapore and Malaysia with a string of new client wins, including Disney+, Coach, Onitsuka Tiger and Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur.
In Singapore, the agency has been appointed as the PR agency of record for Disney+, tasked with building brand equity and community through storytelling and creator engagement. The platform is home to content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic.
Gusto Collective Singapore also handles PR and content for a growing portfolio of luxury and lifestyle brands including Cartier, Celine, Chloe, Coach, Ferragamo, Harry Winston, Lancôme, NARS, Nespresso, Ralph Lauren, Prada, Shiseido, YSL Beauty and Versace.

In Malaysia, the agency has added three new clients: American fashion brand Coach, Japanese cult label Onitsuka Tiger, and the soon-to-open Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is the first Park Hyatt in the country and a landmark property atop Asia Pacific’s tallest skyscraper, Merdeka 118.
The contracts for Disney+, Coach and Onitsuka Tiger are for 12 months. Notably, Coach and Onitsuka Tiger have been long-standing clients of Gusto Collective Singapore, with Coach working with the agency for over a decade and Onitsuka Tiger since 2019. Both brands have now extended their partnerships to include the Malaysian team. For Park Hyatt, Gusto Collective was appointed on a six-month retainer, which has since been extended for another six months.
When MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out, the agency said it will handle PR and social media marketing for these brands, with a focus on brand equity, awareness and strategic engagement. For Park Hyatt, the remit includes pre-launch preparations ahead of its opening in the coming months.
“We’re thrilled to be working with some of the world’s most influential and inspiring brands,” said Tjin Lee, head of Southeast Asia at Gusto Collective.
“These wins are a testament to our team’s outstanding work, strong understanding of brand needs, and ability to craft narratives that resonate across markets. With deep regional expertise and cultural insight, we’re excited to help these iconic brands connect with their audiences in meaningful and impactful ways," added Lee.
In a statement, the agency said it will continue building its presence in the region with a focus on premium lifestyle, fashion, hospitality and entertainment sectors.
Gusto Collective has been scaling across Southeast Asia through acquisitions and market launches. The 2023 acquisition of Singapore-based Mercury Integrated, alongside the opening of its Malaysia office, reinforced its foothold in the luxury and lifestyle space. Helmed by Lee, creative director Colin Sim and a local leadership team, the agency brings integrated PR, social, events and digital capabilities to both markets.
