Skyscanner has handed its SEO remit to independent digital marketing agency Orange Line.

Orange Line’s immediate remit is to improve Skyscanner’s SEO in APAC and follow the agency’s previous work with the brand, undertaking a comprehensive technical SEO audit that delivered successful results.

Covering the APAC region including Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia, Orange Line’s partnership with Skyscanner underscores the agency’s unique ability to offer comprehensive international SEO services via its team of experts in Australia, the USA, and Europe, who specialise in providing multi-country and multi-lingual SEO solutions for global businesses.

Bruno Rodriguez, head of organic at Orange Line, said: "We’re thrilled to be re-engaged by Skyscanner and to continue our collaboration. This renewed partnership is testament to the expertise of our SEO team and the value we can bring to global brands.”

“We’re eager to build on the success of our previous work and drive even greater growth for their platform,” he added.

Don't miss: Skyscanner inspires travel destinations with new gen AI tool

Back in October 2023, Skyscanner launched a new search discovery and inspiration tool, powered by generative AI.

The tool is initially launching in beta in Australia, India, and Singapore to test traveler behaviour when it comes to using AI for trip planning, with other markets set to follow.

The new tool is powered by Open AI’s Chat GPT technology, and is called “Dream and discover with AI”, said the company in a statement.

Travellers can type in open-ended statements and questions such as: “Best cities for cultural tours” or “What are some hidden gems in Europe?” It also includes a variety of prompts ranging from “Short flights next weekend” and “Foodie city breaks”.
