Entertainment network Rewind Network has launched its flagship channels HITS and HITS MOVIES on Hong Kong’s pay-TV platform Now TV as part of its expansion in Asia.
HITS presents a collection of signature Hollywood television series, including drama and comedy from the past three decades. Meanwhile, HITS MOVIES features blockbuster films from the 1960s to the early 2000s in high definition.
Starting 14 February, the two channels will be available to Now TV subscribers as part of the Western Signature Pack, on Channel 513 and Channel 119, respectively. This allows viewers of all ages to rediscover timeless stories, beloved characters, and cinematic blockbusters that continue to resonate today.
Avi Himatsinghani, CEO of Rewind Networks, said: “We are excited to partner with Now TV to bring HITS and HITS MOVIES to viewers in Hong Kong. At Rewind Networks, we believe in the power of timeless entertainment. The launch on Now TV marks a significant milestone for us as we expand our footprint in Asia and continue to connect audiences with the shows and movies they love.”
HITS will provide viewers with a selection of nostalgic classics, featuring iconic TV series that have shaped television history. Highlights include The Six Million Dollar Man, starring Lee Majors as Colonel Steve Austin, the bionic superhero. Viewers can also solve thrilling mysteries with Agatha Christie’s Poirot and Marple, or enjoy the crime-solving skills of Matlock and Murder, She Wrote. For comedy, Frasier with Kelsey Grammer offers witty charm, while Gilligan’s Island and I Dream of Jeannie bring additional entertainment. In February, the lineup will also feature heartwarming Hallmark movies to add a touch of romance.

On the other hand, HITS MOVIES provides a selection of films that represent different genres and generations. The offerings include action films such as Top Gun, starring Tom Cruise, and dramas such as The Three Musketeers and Murder on the Orient Express, catering to a variety of movie preferences.
