Wellspring Melatonin leans into relatable insomnia moments in new film

Wellspring Melatonin is turning one of the internet's most relatable experiences into the centrepiece of its latest marketing campaign, partnering with indie creative agency Leron Leron Sinta to spotlight the endless stream of thoughts that often keep people awake long after bedtime.
The Philippines campaign taps into the familiar phenomenon of "3AM thoughts" - those random, amusing and sometimes irrational questions that seem to surface the moment people try to fall asleep. By anchoring the creative idea in a shared everyday experience, the brand aims to connect with consumers through humour while reinforcing its role in helping them achieve a more restful night's sleep.
The campaign film follows a man lying awake as his mind spirals through a succession of bizarre and oddly specific questions, reflecting the kinds of late-night musings many people have experienced themselves.

"Some people overthink. Some people question their decisions. Whatever your version is, everyone has had a 3AM thought," said Cielo Arnisto, copywriter at Leron Leron Sinta. "We wanted to turn those oddly specific yet universal moments into something people could laugh at and instantly relate to."
Beyond its comedic tone, the campaign also seeks to reassure audiences that such sleepless moments are far from uncommon. Whether replaying an awkward conversation, worrying about the next day's meeting or entertaining improbable questions, the creative positions these racing thoughts as a universal experience rather than an individual struggle.
The campaign concludes by positioning Wellspring Melatonin as a companion for those moments when the mind refuses to switch off, helping consumers achieve the restful sleep they need. It also invites audiences to join the conversation with the question: "Ikaw, ano ang 3AM thoughts mo?" ("What are your 3AM thoughts?")
Wellspring Melatonin is a melatonin-based dietary supplement from Wellspring Philippines, a health and wellness brand. Formulated with melatonin - a hormone naturally produced by the body that helps regulate the sleep-wake cycle - it is designed to support healthy, restful sleep.
