Pizza Hut Singapore has appointed Ailsa Tan (pictured) as its director of marketing and food innovation as the quick-service restaurant brand looks to strengthen its market position amid growing competition and evolving consumer expectations.
In her new role, Tan will oversee Pizza Hut Singapore's marketing and food innovation agenda, bringing together brand building, customer engagement and product development efforts. The appointment comes as the brand continues to build on its refreshed "Feed good times" platform and celebrates its 45th anniversary in Singapore.
Tan brings more than 18 years of commercial and marketing experience to the role. Throughout her career, she has worked with brands such as Pfizer, Philips and Samsung, and previously founded and led her own marketing consultancy.

She added, “Her depth in digital, customer journey optimisation, and business transformation will be instrumental as we deepen our customer-first approach and continue building sustainable growth.”
On her appointment, Tan shared, “I’ve always been energised by building; whether it’s teams, brands or new ways of connecting with customers. I’m excited to bring that builder’s mindset to Pizza Hut, and to work with the team to create experiences that feel more personal, more relevant and unmistakably Pizza Hut.”
Tan's appointment follows the recent departure of Pizza Hut Singapore's director of marketing and food innovation, Jayss Rajoo.
In a statement to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE at the time, Pizza Hut Singapore said it was grateful for Rajoo's leadership and contributions during her tenure. According to her LinkedIn profile, Rajoo joined the company in 2020 as head of marketing and food innovation before being promoted to director in 2022. She continued to lead the marketing function while overseeing the brand's 45th anniversary campaign.
