Optus is turning its attention towards its national retail network of some 240 storefronts across Australia, hiring independent agency Momentum to multi-year retail agreement.
The appointment will see Momentum deliver activations across Optus’ national network to bring "high-impact brand moments" directly to customers at the point of purchase.
Jen Peace, managing director at Momentum, said Optus signals a step-change for the business.
“We’re incredibly proud to partner with Optus at a time when retail is being reimagined as an experience-led channel," Peace said in a statement.
"This is about creating experiences that genuinely connect with customers and leave a lasting impression."
Lauren Dawber, executive general manager of marketing at Optus, said retail is an important way for customers to connect with Optus - whether they are exploring products and services or seeking advice.
