Mayora, RANS turn seven-year partnership into wider IP and experiential play

RANS Entertainment Indonesia (RANS) and Mayora Group are extending their strategic partnership, taking a relationship that began in 2019 into a broader programme spanning intellectual property (IP), live entertainment, music, festivals and family experiences.

The renewed partnership comes as RANS enters a new chapter as a publicly listed company, with the creator-led entertainment business looking to further commercialise its IP while expanding its reach beyond digital media.

The collaboration will include RANS Carnival and Cipungland in Lombok, with further programmes planned across other Indonesian cities. Upcoming activations will also extend to music properties including D’MASIV Asia Concert and DUDAS-1 Asia Tour.

RANS founder Raffi Ahmad said the continued partnership reflects RANS’ focus on turning its IP portfolio into commercial opportunities while creating wider economic benefits.

The partnership brings together two businesses with different but complementary positions in the consumer market. RANS has built its proposition around accessible entertainment and creator-led IP, while Mayora operates a broad FMCG portfolio embedded in the everyday lives of Indonesian consumers.

“This foundation was built seven years ago. From when we started in a garage to when we became publicly listed, Mayora has continued to believe in RANS’ growth. This integration proves that the synergy between a corporate brand and a creator platform can generate both commercial impact and broad social impact for communities,” said RANS president director Nagita Slavina.

Mayora’s global marketing director Ricky Afrianto said the partnership was built around a shared ambition to remain close to Indonesian families, while using RANS’ entertainment properties to support both brand building and the wider creative economy.

RANS Carnival combines music performances, community activities and entertainment, while Cipungland is designed as a family-oriented entertainment and educational experience.

Another initiative, JajaRANS, brings together dozens of local culinary MSMEs, giving them opportunities to reach new customers, generate direct transactions and strengthen their economic independence.

The collaboration is supported by Link Group International as its strategic marketing and media network partner.

“As an independent marketing and media agency network, our role is to align the marketing and communications strategies of RANS and Mayora, so that the story of this partnership, which has remained consistent since 2019, can reach a wider audience and deliver an increasingly tangible impact,” said Link Group CEO Irsan Yapto.
