Mannings reimagines holistic health with citywide wellness festival

Mannings is partnering with Hong Kong–based wellness advocate Charlz Ng to bring wellness from concept to everyday practice through a pop-up experience: the Mannings BoostUP Fiesta.
Described as a “wellness buffet,” this interactive wellness and beauty discovery playground will take place on 25 and 26 April at the West Kowloon Cultural District. Blending immersive experiences, mind-body sessions, community-driven activities, and complimentary health assessments led by the Mannings professional health team, the event invites visitors to explore holistic well-being in an engaging, hands-on environment.
Over the two-day festival, more than 50 wellness experts, movement leaders, and community builders will come together to offer over 40 experiences across six curated zones. Among them is Mannings House, a welcoming space where guests can ease into their journey by tuning into their own mind-body condition.
The Mannings professional health team will provide a range of complimentary wellness assessments, including the health pod, skin assessment, AI hair and scalp analysis, modern Chinese medicine consultation, cardiovascular and stress monitoring, and body composition analysis. With personalised insights based on individual results, participants can quickly identify their wellness needs and navigate the rest of the themed zones with clarity - helping them discover their own path toward holistic health.
Other activations include the BoostUP Stage, Wellness Village, Bloom Garden, Play Zone, and Breathing Corner, each offering unique opportunities to rejuvenate the body and mind.
Mannings BoostUP is a citywide celebration designed to invite Hong Kongers to reconnect with themselves and with one another. Blending movement, music, recovery, and restorative stillness, the experience encourages everyone to step back from the rush and touch the earth again. The goal is simple yet transformative: to inspire people to move beyond reactive health habits and discover their own version of a good state - at their own pace, in their own way.
