Cantopop singer and actor Nicholas Tse (謝霆鋒) has ramped up promotional activities ahead of his long-awaited solo concerts after 25 years at Kai Tak Main Stadium.
According to an Instagram post uploaded by the show organiser EEG Music, in response to the high demand for tickets, there will be an additional show for Tse at the end of April, with tickets available for sale from 1 April 2025.
Soon after the announcement, Tse took to Instagram to reveal that a promotional truck would tour various districts of Hong Kong on Sunday including Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mong Kok, Sham Shui Po, Tsuen Wan and Tai Po.
The post has seen over 3,000 likes and hundreds of comments, with some netizens from the Mainland craving for tickets, while some said they looked forward to seeing Tse's items on the truck despite not being able to get the concert tickets.

As part of the campaign, the truck bodies and interior feature Tse’s concert posters and photos of the star during different eras, along with his used guitars, including the one he previously broke on stage.
Visitors who follow Tse’s social platforms can get a limited-edition Nic Evolution 2025 necklace. Other Nic-themed merchandise were available for purchase.
Apart from the trucks, a giant cargo ship appeared on the water of Victoria Harbor simultaneously, featuring large banners and out-of-home ads, making it the most dazzling scenery in the harbour.
To amplify the campaign reach, customers who insert their personal information, answer the right questions and upload a photo with "yuenwrong" logo, will get a chance to win two Nicholas Tse concert tickets worth HK$1380 each.

This comes after Tse announced his “Evolution Nic Live” concerts in January through a social media video featuring him playing guitar at the stadium. The post included hashtags such as "Kai Tak Sports Park hosts the first concert by an Asian artist" (啟德主場館首個亞洲歌手演唱會), "25 years apart" (相隔25年) and "stay tuned”. Sponsored by Manulife, the concerts will take place on 25 and 26 April at 7:30 pm, with ticket prices ranging from HK$680 to HK$1380.
Tse has also teamed up with Google Maps to curate a list of his favourite places to eat in Hong Kong named "Chef Nic's choice", in celebration of Google Maps' 20th birthday.
Tse’s handpicked list invites locals and tourists to explore Hong Kong’s unique culinary culture through his eyes and palate. Since he’s also preparing for his first solo concert after a 25-year hiatus, Tse included a concert warm-up playlist in the Maps list for fans to enjoy while exploring.
Tse has selected over 30 restaurants that highlight Hong Kong’s diverse culinary scene. Among them, Kam Fung Restaurant, with its classic Hong Kong-style chicken pies and pineapple buns, described by Tse as “guilty pleasures.” Meanwhile, My Cup of Tea’s “bold and rich” milk tea has also made the cut.
