Yazle has named Christian Padilla (pictured, left) as country head in the Philippines as it pivots from its programmatic roots towards becoming a full-fledged digital technology partner.
Backed by more than two decades in digital advertising and sales, Padilla brings a strategic edge to the role - championing data-led approaches and digital thinking, raising the bar on campaign delivery and exploring new areas of growth.
"Digital is moving fast - and Filipino audiences are evolving even faster," he said. "What we're doing today could look entirely different a year from now, and brands need to be brave enough to ride that wave, not resist it. Yazle is here to help brands adapt, innovate, and lead through tech-driven strategies."

Padilla sees the Philippines poised to lead the region in tech and innovation. "We are excited to see what's in-store and bring the latest digital solutions into your business doors," he added.
His appointment is part of a broader strengthening of the local leadership bench. Danice Saunar (pictured, right) has been named head of operations, with more senior hires to be revealed in the coming weeks. The move underscores Yazle's intent to build out both creative and operational depth in a highly competitive market.
"Beyond tech capabilities, Yazle is positioning itself as a strategic digital partner - collaborating with brands and agencies not just through tools, but through insight-driven execution, customised innovations, and measurable outcomes," the company stated.
Founded in 2013, Yazle has expanded into over 10 markets across GCC and APAC, with plans to grow further. Its clients include L’Oréal, KFC, Ford, and Unilever.
