Gushcloud International has acquired the multi-channel network (MCN) asset of Paris-based Wizdeo, one of Europe’s largest YouTube-certified creator platforms, in a deal aimed at building a more structured, scalable global ecosystem for creator monetisation.
The acquisition grants Gushcloud YouTube Direct Sales rights across new markets, providing access to Reserved Media inventory - a premium tier of fixed CPM ad placements - and significantly expands the company’s global creator network.
“The creator economy is evolving from influencer marketing into a structured media and licensing business,” said Althea Lim, group CEO and co-founder of Gushcloud. “This deal strengthens our ability to operate at that next level - with proprietary data, campaign tools, and cross-market licensing that benefit both creators and brand partners.”

Founded in Singapore, Gushcloud is positioning itself as a global “Creator First” platform, combining influencer marketing with the infrastructure of a modern digital media company. Through this acquisition, over 150 top-performing YouTube channels from Wizdeo will now become part of Gushcloud’s global network, boosting its reach across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Wizdeo, a pioneer in creator analytics and one of the first to receive YouTube’s MCN certification in Europe, brings over 500 creators and more than 700 million monthly views to the table.
“We’re excited for our MCN asset to become part of Gushcloud’s global ecosystem. Together, we will be able to offer creators and brands a broader range of opportunities, leading to more dynamic and creative campaigns,” said Marc Valentin, CEO and co-founder of Wizdeo.
At the heart of the deal is Gushcloud’s investment in Bankeble - its proprietary AI platform - and the US$10 million Creator Venture Programme, both of which aim to professionalise the business of content creation by offering financial support, monetisation tools, and cross-market campaign capabilities.
With Reserved Media access, Gushcloud can now offer brands guaranteed ad placements on high-performing, brand-safe YouTube channels. This translates to more predictable CPMs, performance accountability, and global media alignment - all without intermediaries.
“This is an investment in sustainable revenue growth - not only for Gushcloud, but for the creators we work with and the brands we serve,” Lim added.
The acquisition aligns with shifting brand expectations in the creator economy. In APAC, where YouTube commands over 92% video penetration in key Southeast Asian markets, influencer-led and short-form video ad spend is projected to grow more than 15% year-on-year, Gushcloud said.
As advertisers move from one-off influencer activations to long-term performance-led creator media, players such as Gushcloud are offering a cleaner path to ROI.
With this deal, Gushcloud is positioning itself as a credible media partner for brand marketers seeking access to high-performing YouTube channels with guaranteed results, media buyers who need fixed CPM pricing and brand-safe environments, and agencies looking to scale creator-led content across markets with consistency.
From analytics to licensing and direct media sales, Gushcloud - which operates in 13 markets and manages a network of over 300 creators and 195 agents - is stacking the infrastructure that allows creator-led marketing to be just as accountable and scalable as any programmatic media buy.
