Wardah links skin health to sleep, nutrition and movement with Skin Longevity Clinic

Wardah is bringing skincare and lifestyle science together with the launch of its first Skin Longevity Clinic by ParagonCorp in Southeast Asia, an immersive experience designed to help consumers understand how everyday habits can influence long-term skin health.

Running from 29 September to 6 October at Spac8 Ashta, Jakarta, the Wardah Skin Longevity Clinic moves beyond a conventional product-led skincare experience. Visitors go through the Wardah Skin Longevity Protocol, combining AI-powered skin analysis with assessments covering movement, nutrition and rest.

The journey produces a Skin Longevity Score, which maps an individual's current skin condition and lifestyle inputs before being interpreted with expert guidance.

The experience reflects a broader shift in skincare towards prevention and maintaining skin health over time, rather than focusing solely on visible concerns. Wardah's approach draws on skin exposome science, which considers how factors including nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress and environmental exposure can interact with skin health.

The protocol is built around three lifestyle pillars: MOVE, EAT and REST. MOVE explores physical activity and its relationship with circulation and metabolic health, while EAT looks at nutrition, digestive health and the gut-skin axis. REST examines sleep, recovery and stress management through the lens of circadian rhythms and the brain-skin axis.

At the clinic, visitors begin with the Wardah Personalised AI Skin Longevity Analyser, which assesses their skin and generates individual insights and skincare recommendations. These findings are combined with lifestyle responses in an Advanced Skin ID Blueprint covering six inputs: sleep and recovery, nutrition, stress and the nervous system, physical activity, gut health, and environmental exposure such as UV, heat and pollution.

Dermatologist consultation is then used to interpret the findings and identify individual skin and lifestyle priorities.

“Personalisation is not about providing more data, but helping consumers move from information to a clearer next step for themselves,” said Novia Sukmawaty, group head marketing professional and consumer experience at ParagonCorp.

The brand is positioning the clinic as a guidance-led experience rather than a product showcase. Visitors can also receive personalised skincare recommendations based on their assessment findings, including products from the Wardah Crystal Secret Brightening range.

Dr. Conny Melly Rosdiana, head of division 3 of the Indonesian dermatology association (PERDOSKI) Jakarta Branch, said: “Prevention, protection and maintenance are the foundations of skin longevity.”

The concept also draws a distinction between lifespan and healthspan. Dr. Yusri Dinuth, skin longevity expert, founder of Dryd Clinic and medical lead at Soulbox Recharge, frames longevity around maintaining the ability to remain active and well, rather than simply extending lifespan.

Beyond the clinic experience, Wardah is linking the initiative to its Wardah Precision Longevity Research platform, which brings together genetic, cellular and lifestyle research. The platform includes AI Personalised Longevity Protocols, Skin Genomic Research, and Exposome & Epigenetic Research.

For consumers, the brand's proposed journey is straightforward: understand your skin, protect it, support it, remain consistent and adapt as needs change.

Alongside the core Skin Longevity Protocol, the Jakarta experience features Skin Longevity Classes, multidisciplinary expert sessions, rooftop Longevity Pilates with Alder/Anytime Fitness, an AI Sunscreen Finder, a Rest Zone with Skinoura and NeuroVizr, and a personalised skincare experience.

Visitors can also access Nutrifood's Tropicana Slim Hydration Bar, which offers its Collagen Drink Series.

The clinic is open to the public until 6 October, with registration and the full schedule available through Goers and Wardah's Skinverse platform.
