The Kallang Group has named Deloitte Singapore its first official digital partner, kicking off a five-year partnership aimed at transforming The Kallang into a digitally connected destination through personalised visitor experiences and new technology.

As part of the collaboration, Deloitte has delivered The Kallang Group's new mobile app and refreshed website, with both platforms designed to enhance engagement across the precinct's sports, entertainment, lifestyle and community offerings. The partnership supports The Kallang Group's broader ambition of positioning The Kallang as an always-on destination through seamless digital experiences.

The partnership was officially unveiled alongside the launch of the Deloitte Sphere, a four-metre outdoor LED sphere located near Stadium MRT exit A. Claimed to be Singapore's largest outdoor LED sphere, the installation will feature immersive, themed content curated by The Kallang Group, alongside Deloitte-led initiatives highlighting its support for sport and athletes in Singapore.

Over the next five years, Deloitte will support The Kallang Group's digital transformation efforts, complementing ongoing infrastructure upgrades with data-driven experiences designed to improve every stage of the visitor journey.

Central to this is the newly launched The Kallang App, which provides visitors with precinct information, complimentary Wi-Fi access and navigation tools. It also houses The Kallang Kaki, a free loyalty programme offering members exclusive merchandise, content, rewards and experiences, including access to The Kallang Pass. Users can also earn digital badges through activities, with additional features expected to roll out progressively.

The first major activation powered by the platform will take place during the Singapore Tennis Open 2026, beginning this month. Through the app, visitors will be able to access live tournament updates, navigate the venue, engage with interactive features and unlock exclusive in-app content throughout the event.

In a statement, The Kallang Group said the partnership marks a significant step in its vision of creating a connected precinct where digital touchpoints complement physical experiences, while Deloitte said the collaboration demonstrates how technology can help strengthen community engagement and deliver more meaningful visitor experiences.

“At The Kallang Group, we are reimagining how people experience and engage with our precinct through technology and data-driven insights. This is an important step towards shaping The Kallang into a next-generation destination where physical and digital experiences come together to inspire deeper, more meaningful connections," said Quek Swee Kuan, CEO, The Kallang Group.

He added, "By combining our deep understanding of diverse audiences with Deloitte’s digital expertise, we are creating more personalised journeys at scale and unlocking new immersive experiences that enable people to discover, connect and feel alive at The Kallang."

In tandem, Eugene Ho, CEO, Deloitte Southeast Asia said, "The Kallang is Singapore’s premier hub of vibrancy and energy, a destination that brings together world-class sport, entertainment, lifestyle, and community experiences – not only for Singapore but across Asia Pacific."

"As The Kallang Group’s first official digital partner, Deloitte is honoured to bring the full breadth of our multidisciplinary capabilities to support its evolution into a truly connected, digitally enabled destination that redefines how people engage with and experience the precinct. Rooted in our purpose and longstanding commitment to Singapore’s nation-building journey, this collaboration reflects Deloitte’s vision of harnessing innovation to strengthen social cohesion and unlock broader societal value," he added.

The appointment builds on The Kallang Group's broader efforts to strengthen its brand and visitor experience strategy. Last month, it appointed Burson as its communications agency following a competitive pitch, tasking the agency with supporting strategic communications as the precinct continues its transformation into Singapore's premier sports, entertainment and lifestyle destination.
