TBWA\Hong Kong has appointed Joyce Li (pictured) as social director and business director The appointment underscores TBWA\Hong Kong's strategic focus of delivering business results through culturally informed strategies for Hong Kong’s most ambitious brands.

In her newly created hybrid role, reporting to TBWA\ Hong Kong general manager Ida Mak, Li will help clients accelerate their growth, while better positioning the agency as a complete partner to meet the evolving needs of the market. 

Li brings proven expertise in driving business growth for clients with strength in social marketing strategy, alongside an extensive local networkMost recently, she was group account director for local creative agency Narrow Door.  

"This role was purpose-built around Joyce's background and experience,” said Mak. Combining her business acumen and social marketing capabilities with TBWA\Hong Kong's cultural intelligence expertise greatly strengthens our ability to deliver culturally informed strategies that drive measurable business results for clients.

Most recently, TBWA\Hong Kong has bolstered its leadership with the appointments of Mike Choy and William Chow as joint creative leaders of its Disruption agency, uniting two highly complementary forces driven by a shared passion for storytelling, craft, and innovation.

The appointments reinforce TBWA Hong Kong’s creative offering and mark a new chapter as part of Omnicom Advertising’s expanded presence in the city.

Under the new structure, Choy has been elevated to creative partner, joining existing creative partner Chow. Together, they will support the agency's general manager Ida Mak by sharing day-to-day leadership of the creative department and steering the development of TBWA’s distinctive, culture-shaping disruptive ideas.
