Rowena Bhagchandani, CEO and co-founder of BLKJ Havas, has taken on an expanded role as chairperson and chief integration officer of Havas Singapore.
In her expanded role, Bhagchandani will focus on bringing together Havas' capabilities across creative, media, customer experience (CX), health and public relations, as the network looks to offer clients more integrated access to its expertise.
Announcing the appointment on LinkedIn, Bhagchandani said the opportunity was about bringing more of Havas' capabilities together around clients' ambitions, particularly as their challenges become more complex.

She said the Havas Village model allows clients to access independent creative, media, CX, PR and health talent while also tapping into the wider Havas ecosystem.
"What's powerful" about the Havas Village, she said, is not simply the breadth of expertise, but what becomes possible when that expertise is brought together around clients.
Bhagchandani also thanked Havas leadership, including global CEO Rana Barua, Donna Murphy and Peter Mears, for their trust, while acknowledging the existing foundations within Havas Singapore.
Bhagchandani will continue to lead BLKJ Havas as CEO and co-founder alongside her expanded responsibilities.
When MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reached out, Rana Barua, Group CEO, Havas India, Southeast Asia and North Asia (Japan & Korea) said Bhagchandani's experience and leadership helps accelerate Havas' ambitions of advancing its "One Asia" strategy.
“Singapore is a critical growth market for Havas both globally and in Asia, bringing the full strength of our Village model together across creative, media, CX, health, play, pr and all our specialised capabilities," said Barua.
"I am confident that with her enhanced profile, she will seamlessly be able to integrate and bring the collaboration across capabilities effectively and help drive our next chapter of integrated growth," he added.
The appointment comes as Havas continues to strengthen its integrated Village model across the region.
In Hong Kong, Havas Hong Kong has appointed Charlie Clack as managing director, succeeding CEO Andrew Cawte, who is retiring after 11 years with the agency.
Clack joined Havas Hong Kong 10 years ago and has worked across digital and performance marketing, client relationships and the agency's broader service offering.
