AI communications technology and consulting firm Sequencr AI has appointed Jeremy Seow (pictured left) as president and co-founder, as the firm looks to grow its work with communications and marketing teams using agentic AI.
In his new role, Seow will work across Stratum, Sequencr AI's agentic communications intelligence platform, and its consulting business. His remit will include client strategy, growth and developing AI-enabled operating models for in-house and agency teams.
He will work alongside Sequencr AI founder and CEO Matt Collette (pictured right) and its wider leadership team, which includes Jay Hatch, chief technology officer and head of product; Sue Ann Teo, head of client success and projects; Dave Scott, chief financial officer; and David Gallagher, director.

Speaking exclusively to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Seow said the value of AI for marketing and communications teams goes beyond simply making work faster.
"AI becomes much more valuable when it gives teams a decision advantage, not simply a productivity gain. If they can identify shifts in markets, stakeholders, competitors and narratives earlier, they have more time to decide what matters and act before an opportunity or issue has moved on," he said.
Seow added that marketing and communications have long faced challenges around measurement because influence is rarely linear. He believes AI presents an opportunity to better connect signals over time and understand how activity relates to business outcomes.
That is where we think our team can make a real difference to our clients' businesses, helping move teams from periodic reporting towards more continuous intelligence.
Seow brings nearly three decades of experience in the communications industry. Most recently, he served as regional chief operating officer at Allison Worldwide. Prior to that, he was CEO of WE Communications Singapore and held senior roles at Zeno Group and Edelman.
Currently, Sequencr AI has a 12-person team working with in-house and agency leaders globally, combining its Stratum AI platform with consulting services to help communications teams monitor external shifts, automate workflows and determine how work should be divided between AI agents and human judgement.
According to Collette, the appointment comes as the company sees growing demand from communications and marketing leaders exploring how AI could reshape their teams and functions.
"They are asking how they can harness agentic AI to rethink what the function itself should become: how people and AI agents work together, how roles and structures change, where decisions and accountability sit, what capabilities should exist inside the organisation and how the function creates and demonstrates value," said Collette.
He added that Seow's experience will play a role in helping clients navigate those questions across both Stratum and Sequencr's consulting business.
For Seow, the move also comes as the communications industry shifts from experimenting with AI towards making decisions about where the technology should sit within teams.
"Communications has spent the past few years learning how to use AI. The next phase is much more consequential," he said.
"Leaders are deciding how the function and practice itself should evolve, what work should sit with people versus agents, what new capabilities should be built and how value should be created and measured differently. That is the work I want to be part of, and it is why I'm joining Sequencr."
