Quantcast has appointed Tom Weaving (pictured) as managing director for Southeast Asia, tasking the former The Trade Desk executive with accelerating the company's regional growth and rollout of its AI-powered advertising platform.
Effective immediately, Weaving will oversee revenue growth across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Singapore, Hong Kong and other emerging markets. He will also lead the regional rollout of Quantcast's recently launched Q+, an autonomous performance advertising solution designed to help advertisers reach audiences across the open internet through a single unified ad set.
Based in Singapore, Weaving will report to Paul Sigaloff, Quantcast's recently appointed vice president for Asia Pacific.

Weaving joins Quantcast with more than a decade of experience in programmatic advertising, business development and sales leadership across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
Before joining Quantcast, he spent close to eight years at The Trade Desk, most recently serving as senior director of business development for South and Southeast Asia. During his tenure, he led the expansion of the company's Southeast Asian business and helped build a high-performance sales culture, with the team recognised as runner-up for The Trade Desk's APAC Sales Team of the Year.
Earlier in his career, Weaving held senior sales and account management roles at AOL, Adap.TV and Catcha Digital Asia.
“Weaving has a proven track record of building and leading high-performing commercial teams and driving commercial growth. This is an exciting appointment for Quantcast as we continue to build our presence across the region," said Sigaloff.
Commenting on his appointment, Weaving said: “Southeast Asia is at a pivotal inflection point in its digital maturity and brands need performance more than ever. I’m energised to lead our team in unlocking new levels of performance for our clients, ensuring they what they need to thrive in this complex landscape."
"Quantcast’s AI-powered platform helps advertisers cut through complexity, and I look forward to working alongside Sigaloff and the wider APAC team to grow our presence here and build a team that puts clients’ performance first," he added.
Weaving's appointment follows Quantcast's recent push to strengthen its Asia Pacific leadership team as it expands the regional rollout of its AI-powered advertising platform, Q+.
Earlier this month, the company appointed Sigaloff as vice president of APAC to oversee growth across Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and other Asian markets. Prior to joining Quantcast, Sigaloff held senior leadership roles at Yahoo, oOh!media and marketing intelligence platform Mortar AI.
