
Hightouch taps Monks to accelerate AI-driven marketing solutions in APAC

Agentic marketing platform Hightouch has named Monks as a certified reseller across the APAC region. Hightouch, a technology platform for marketing and personalisation, allows brands to find insights, run campaigns, and build AI agents.
Last month, Hightouch announced a US$80 million Series C funding round that valued the company at $1.2 billion. The round was led by Sapphire Ventures, with participation from NVC, Bain Capital Ventures, ICONIQ Growth, Y Combinator, Afore Capital, and Amplify Partners.
The partnership with Monks, a data group under the S4 Capital umbrella, aims to expand access to Hightouch’s technology in the region and enhance customer support. With a strong presence across APAC, Monks said the partnership will allow it to offer deep expertise in data and marketing advisory, making it a strong fit for Hightouch’s composable customer data platform (CDP) and AI technology.
Founded in San Francisco in 2018, Hightouch’s latest AI Decisioning platform is designed to enhance personalised customer experiences by using AI agents to deliver communications on a one-to-one basis. As businesses struggle with fragmented data sources and siloed pipelines, Monks said it will work with clients to integrate and optimise their data infrastructure, enabling Hightouch to activate AI-powered personalisation at scale.
“Our team of data architects, analysts, and engineers offers services to solve this problem,” Jakub Otrząsek, data SVP at Monks, said.
“Monks will integrate the entire data supply chain, breaking down silos to create a holistic view of customer data. Once data readiness is achieved, the Hightouch Composable platform can activate this foundation through its pre-built integrations, delivering AI-powered personalised experiences.”
The move also strengthens Hightouch’s presence in APAC, positioning it to meet the growing demand for advanced data-driven marketing solutions.
