Havas Thailand has appointed Navinda Kittisubkul (pictured right) as head of strategy and growth, a newly created role reflecting the agency’s commitment to strengthening its strategic capabilities and driving client and business growth.
In her new position, Kittisubkul will lead strategy and growth across the agency, integrating media, creative, data, and AI capabilities to deliver measurable business impact. She will collaborate closely with teams across media and creative to develop integrated solutions that drive stronger outcomes for brands.
Kittisubkul brings over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, media planning, research, and integrated communications, having worked with leading brands including Unilever, GSK, and Bangkok Bank. Prior to taking on the role at Havas, she was deputy chief strategy officer at Grey Thailand. She was also head of experience at Ogilvy.

Commenting on the appointment, Siamrit Wongvichitara (pictured left), chief commercial and growth officer, said that Kittisubkul brings a strong strategic perspective that will be instrumental as the agency continues to sharpen its focus on delivering integrated, client-centric solutions.
"Her experience across brand, media and communications strategy reflects the way we work at Havas today — bringing together diverse capabilities through our 'Village' model to solve complex business challenges," said Wongvichitara.
In tandem, Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and president, SEA, Havas Media, added, “Thailand continues to be a strategically important market for Havas in Southeast Asia, with strong opportunities for growth. Strengthening our strategic leadership in the market reflects our commitment to delivering on our global positioning of 'Growth, powered by desire' — bringing together strategy, creativity, data and technology to support our clients’ growth ambitions.”
On her appointment, Kittisubkul said, “Growth today requires a more connected approach to strategy. When human insight, creativity, media, and technology come together, we can help brands build stronger relationships with people and drive lasting growth. AI plays an important role in accelerating that process, but it is human understanding that defines the strategy and shapes meaningful outcomes for brands.”
Havas Thailand’s move mirrors similar leadership investments across the region. In Indonesia, Havas Moonfolks recently appointed Erwin Airlangga as chief strategy and growth officer, strengthening strategic oversight across the agency’s media services while accelerating business growth in the market.
Airlangga brings 26 years of industry experience, having served as chief strategic officer at dentsu Creative and CEO of Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication, and currently serves as vice president of communications at the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA). His appointment forms part of a wider leadership push at Havas Moonfolks, which also saw multiple senior promotions and hires across trading, digital, operations, and client services functions.
