Domino's Pizza Indonesia has appointed Rajesh Grover (pictured) as its new group chief digital and technology officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across retail, FMCG, technology, food and beverage and other sectors.
Grover joins Domino's after serving as group chief digital officer and head of AI at Kanmo Group, where he was responsible for driving digital initiatives across the retail group.
His career spans a range of industries and leadership roles, with experience in launching and scaling businesses, change management and turning around underperforming business units.

Before Kanmo Group, Grover served as country head for the UK, EU and Middle East at BYJU'S FutureSchool. In the role, he led and scaled the edtech company's presence in the European market, with a focus on supplemental education, while also launching its Middle East operations from scratch across maths, coding and music courses.
Grover also previously served as managing director at proptech firm 99.co and co-founded Joka Lake Ventures, a children's meal delivery startup focused on health, freshness and nutrition. The venture, which operated with a daily changing menu and positioned itself around nutrition, taste and packaging designed for children, was later exited to a franchise player.
Earlier in his career, he was co-founder and managing director for Asia Frontier Markets at Rocket Internet, working across Southeast Asian frontier markets.
Across these roles, Grover has positioned himself around digital transformation, business turnaround and leadership, while describing his approach as centred on integrating different parts of an organisation to drive growth.
His appointment comes as digital and technology capabilities become increasingly central to how consumer brands build customer experiences, operate at scale and connect physical and digital touchpoints.
Domino’s Pizza Indonesia operates through Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAP Group), which holds the franchise rights for the Domino’s brand in Indonesia. Earlier this year, it also appointed Debojyoti Sanyal as its new chief marketing officer, replacing Mayank Singh, who departed the company after seven years.
