Dentsu Indonesia has appointed Rachelle Raymundo (pictured) as CEO, Creative, dentsu Indonesia.

Reporting to Elvira Jakub, country CEO, dentsu Indonesia, Raymundo will oversee a consolidated creative leadership team, with general manager Lucky Handoko and chief creative and experience officers Defri Dwipaputra and Rangga Immanuel.

In her role, Raymundo will accelerate the agency's ambition towards culture-defining work that is digitally ahead and deeply rooted in the Indonesia cultural landscape.

Raymundo has over 25 years of experience across the marketing spectrum, spanning data-led storytelling for digital transformation, consumer engagement, and high-impact brand strategy for multinational portfolios. She also brings expertise in aligning content and media to maximise brand resonance, alongside consultancy experience in agency pitches and organisational health.

Prior to joining dentsu Indonesia, Raymundo was managing director at RED Comm Indonesia and client lead at Mindshare. She also held roles at GroupM Indonesia, Carat Philippines and Euro RSCG.

"As we build for the future, we need a true leader who can unify our creative vanguard to solve complex business challenges with humanity and heart, embodying the highest professional standards in integrity and transparency for our clients and for our people. Raymundo's appointment brings the perfect harmony to our new executive leadership structure, and I am confident that under her guidance, our team will continue to push the boundaries of innovation," said Jakub in a statement.

Commenting on her appointment, Raymundo said "I am excited to join dentsu Indonesia at a transformative moment for dentsu and the
industry. The creative landscape today requires more than just great ideas, it demands empathy, data-driven insights, and the courage to innovate at the speed of culture."

"Along with the rest of our creative leadership that is second to none in this market, we are committed to building an innovation powerhouse that does not just respond to algorithms but instead, shapes the conversations for tomorrow," she added.

Raymundo’s appointment marks the culmination of a strategic creative leadership evolution at dentsu Indonesia, following a refreshed leadership line up announced in September 2025, with the return of Handoko and Dwipaputra's and Immanuel's elevations.

Elsewhere in the region, dentsu Malaysia has appointed Nick Drew as managing partner, data and tech, strengthening the agency’s push to deepen integrated data, technology and media capabilities as brands navigate an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.

In the expanded role, Drew will lead dentsu Malaysia’s data and tech practice, with a focus on building connected solutions that link data, technology and media to measurable business outcomes for clients. He will also work closely across the agency’s media and creative functions to drive more integrated, insight-led strategies.
