BCA taps no na to turn financial wishlists into action with myBCA

BCA is putting Indonesian girl group no na at the centre of a year-long campaign for myBCA, as it seeks to attract new users, migrate existing BCA mobile customers and encourage greater use of its digital banking features.
The myBCA "Wish you all the better" (WYATB) feat. no na campaign positions financial management around the idea of turning personal wishlists into reality, with the bank targeting younger generations through an integrated media push.
The campaign is running across TV, digital platforms, cinema and out-of-home (OOH), giving the creative a broad presence beyond myBCA's digital ecosystem.

“Through myBCA 'Wish you all the better' (WYATB) feat. no na campaign, BCA empowers young generations to 'do it better' in managing their finances, turning every wishlist into reality with myBCA seamless digital ecosystem,” said Adrian Hermansyah, SVP, head of marketing communication at BCA.
The campaign was developed by Flock – Future Creative Network (FCN), with One Box handling production and Dimas Djay directing.
The collaboration with no na gives BCA a way to connect the financial proposition with youth culture, using the group's profile to bring the campaign's message to younger audiences across multiple touchpoints.
Rather than focusing solely on product features, the campaign frames digital banking around aspirations and everyday financial goals, linking myBCA's functionality to consumers' desire to make their wishlists achievable.
This is not the first time FCN has worked with the girl group. The company recently tapped no na for Pantene’s “Click & Gloss” campaign, bringing the proposition to life through hair transformation experiences at the group’s Island Girl album release pop-up.
Previously, BCA also tapped the same creative team for its “BCA safety internet browsing” campaign, which used the “B.C.A” mnemonic to encourage customers to open, check and bookmark the bank’s official website when accessing its digital services.
