99 Group has named Andry Law (pictured) as its new vice president of marketing, bringing fresh leadership to a key role that had been left vacant since late 2024.
He takes on the strategic marketing reins across Rumah123 and 99.co Indonesia, marking a concerted effort by the property tech company to reassert its brand and expand its reach into both professional agent networks and developer pipelines.
In his new role, Law oversees a marketing portfolio encompassing brand (including PR and creative), social media, events, performance marketing, marketing technology (CRM), and media ops, which covers media order processing and inventory management.

This role was previously split, and the team has been searching for someone who understands both online and offline marketing, Law told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. The unified approach now reflects the growing need for integrated, strategic execution.
He reports directly to Wasudewan, CEO of Rumah123, and indirectly to Darius Cheung, co-founder of the Rumah123 platform.
Law joins 99 Group as the firm prepares for a sharpened focus in 2025. His immediate priorities are clear: solidify the group's market positioning, elevate agent acquisition efforts, and deliver stronger support to developers and partners.
"We want to strengthen our market positioning both online and offline with a more efficient and strategic plan," Law explained. At the same time, Law said he aims to bring more professional and casual agents, as well as homeowners, onto Rumah123, while also helping primary developers reach the right audience and drive more leads and bookings.
He also sees marketing as a key enabler of commercial success. Part of his role is to "support the sales team and provide solutions for partnered developers, banks, and brands." Internally, he wants to "guide the marketing team to be more strategic and analytical."
Law's appointment signals 99 Group's intent to bring coherence to its marketing engine as the competition in Indonesia's digital property sector intensifies. The country's real estate market is substantial and expanding, with its value projected to reach US$66.74 billion in 2025 and grow to US$86.98 billion by 2030, according to Mordor Intelligence.
