Trust Bank Singapore has called for a brand and creative pitch, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE understands. The move comes as Trust looks to build on its presence in Singapore since launching in 2022.
Trust has worked with a number of agencies since its launch, with Superunion developing its brand strategy, positioning, identity and experience. At launch, Iris Singapore was appointed as Trust’s creative partner, while Havas Media Singapore handled media and SoHo Square led public relations.

Since then, Iris Singapore has continued to work with Trust on campaigns including its credit card and cashback propositions, with Havas Media also involved in subsequent work. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to Trust Bank Singapore for a statement.
Trust Bank's pitch also comes as its parent, Standard Chartered, reviews its own global agency arrangements. The bank issued a request for information in July for a global integrated creative and media pitch, with dentsu currently holding its global media remit and Publicis, led by Leo Burnett, on the global creative account.
The appointment also comes as banks in Singapore continue to review their agency rosters amid evolving brand and marketing needs. Earlier this week, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reported that Maybank Singapore appointed We Are Social as its social media agency of record.
In April, DBS kicked off a regional creative agency search, seeking a partner to support its brand expression, marquee campaigns and marketing transformation across key markets including Singapore, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Taiwan.
