Strategic Public Relations Group (SPRG) has introduced a new identity for its digital content division, Strategic DigitaLab (SDL), aiming to strengthen its creative and digital service integration across regional markets.
Since its inception in 2016, SDL has focused on developing multimedia campaigns involving branding, creative production, digital marketing, content development, social media communications, and video production. However, the current SPRG states that this refreshed identity is designed to provide comprehensive solutions for brands throughout the region.
Richard Tsang, founder and chairman of SPRG, explained that SDL is positioned to enhance the group's offerings by creating captivating stories and distributing them across multiple platforms, facilitating client engagement with audiences through scalable content creation.
As part of the SDL initiative, SPRG Malaysia will focus on offering digital services under the SDL brand. In a statement, the company said that over the years, SPRG Malaysia has developed a robust foundation in both creative and digital capabilities, having executed successful campaigns for its clients such as investED, a next-generation capital markets talent programme by Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), and the branding of ECRL (East Coast Rail Link).
Building on this track record, the team in Malaysia will bring SPRG’s creative expertise under one unified brand to deliver comprehensive creative solutions that resonate with target audiences.
Stefanie Braukmann, general manager of SPRG Malaysia, added, “We provide clients with a unified approach to multi-channel communications, leveraging SPRG’s expertise in PR and innovative digital strategies. We believe the integration will not only ensure better synergy and seamless execution but will also deliver greater cost efficiencies and value to our clients.”
"Our teams have produced award-winning campaigns, from investED to CCCERCL (a subsidiary of China Communications Construction Co., Ltd.), which have positioned us as a leader in innovative communications. SDL will allow us to continue on this trajectory at full speed, combining our creative strengths with our digital prowess," said Braukmann.
