Pos Malaysia has tapped NP Digital Malaysia, the local arm of Neil Patel’s globally recognised performance marketing agency, as its official media agency in a move aimed at boosting its digital presence and customer engagement.

The year-long retainer will cover paid media, social media, and SEO management, supporting the national courier’s efforts to reach both existing and digitally savvy audiences.

The appointment comes as Pos Malaysia accelerates its digital transformation to stay competitive amid growing private logistics and e-commerce players. The partnership will focus on modernising the brand, improving visibility on business impact, and addressing siloed customer journeys, ensuring a more cohesive and measurable approach to online growth.

Fiona Liao, group chief marketing, communications and sustainability officer at Pos Malaysia, said: “By partnering with NP Digital, we are taking a significant step forward in deepening connections and elevating our relevance and value to our customers across all touchpoints.”

NP Digital’s scope builds on a prior collaboration with Pos Malaysia that began with SEO in 2023 and expanded into media and social media in 2024–2025.

Under the new partnership, the agency will support nationwide campaigns for seasonal delivery peaks, holiday shopping periods, and initiatives targeting SMEs, B2B brands, and e-commerce sellers. It will also optimise discoverability for Pos Malaysia’s value-added services, such as same-day delivery, international shipping, insurance, and stamp collections.

“For NP Digital, this is about creating real impact,” said Marcus Siow, senior director of business development at NP Digital Malaysia. “We help Pos Malaysia reach audiences across screens, search, and social media, while turning awareness into measurable business results.”

In a previous interview with A+M, Fiona Liao said the company is driving growth and positioning itself as a leader in the industry through forward-thinking initiatives, all while executing a comprehensive transformation strategy to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction.

“Looking ahead, Pos Malaysia plans to integrate predictive AI to further enhance customer retention and drive upselling, leveraging data-driven insights for continued growth and operational efficiency,” Liao told A+M.
