Omnicom Media merge Mediahub and Hearts & Science into new global agency

Omnicom Media is combining Hearts & Science and Mediahub into a new global agency network spanning 40 markets, although both agencies will continue operating independently in Australia.
The new agency, which is expected to launch next month with a new name and brand identity, will bring together the capabilities of both networks under a single global organisation. Combined, the business is expected to oversee approximately US$9.1 billion in annual billings.
An Omnicom Media spokesperson confirmed the global integration but said there would be no operational changes for clients or staff in Australia.
"Mediahub and Hearts & Science are coming together across our markets globally. In Australia, however, there will be no change to the way either agency operates. This reflects our unique Australian operating model, where both agencies operate independently," the spokesperson said.

Instead, Hearts & Science Australia will adopt the new global brand identity when it is unveiled next month, while both agencies will continue operating as separate businesses locally.
Clients will continue to work with the same teams and leadership, with the spokesperson describing the transition as "very much business as usual".
The merger forms part of Omnicom Media's ongoing efforts to strengthen its global network by bringing together the complementary capabilities of the two agencies.
Founded in 2016, Hearts & Science has built its reputation around data, analytics and audience planning, while Mediahub has positioned itself as a challenger network with a strong focus on culturally-led media and innovation. COMvergence recently ranked Mediahub as the fastest-growing major global media agency network in 2025.
MARKETING-INTERACTIVE understands Nicole Estebanell, currently CEO of Mediahub US, will lead the combined agency in the United States, while Ross Jenkins, who oversees Mediahub across EMEA, will become CEO for the region. Leadership appointments for APAC and LATAM are expected to be announced alongside the new brand next month.
The move follows Omnicom Media's recent investment in a dedicated client success discipline across Asia Pacific, designed to strengthen client leadership and better connect capabilities across its regional agency network.
The development comes shortly after Omnicom Media strengthened its regional operating model with the establishment of a dedicated client success discipline across APAC. The initiative was designed to deepen client leadership, better connect capabilities across its agency network and deliver more consistent outcomes for clients across the region.
