Omnicom Media Hong Kong has appointed Samuel Ho (pictured middle) as managing director of PHD Hong Kong and Doris Kuok (pictured left) as managing director of Hearts & Science, UM and Initiative, MARKETING-INTERACTIVE confirmed.

The appointments reflect Omnicom Media Hong Kong's continued focus on developing leadership talent and driving growth across its agency brands. Ho has been with PHD Hong Kong for over seven years. Before that he had helmed senior roles at Wavemaker and Maxus Global. Under Ho's leadership, PHD Hong Kong has delivered strong business performance, and achieved record employee engagement and client satisfaction scores.

Kuok has played a key role in driving growth at Hearts & Science, strengthening client partnerships and championing data-driven innovation, while building high-performing teams across the organisation.

They both report to Derek Yip, COO of Omnicom Media Hong Kong. Yip said, "Ho and Kuok have consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, strong commercial acumen and an unwavering commitment to our people, clients and culture."

"Their contributions have been instrumental in driving business growth, fostering innovation and building high-performing teams. We are delighted to recognise their achievements and look forward to seeing them lead their respective businesses into the next phase of growth," he added.

Meanwhile, Florence Wong (pictured right), CEO of OMD Hong Kong, will conclude her tenure with the business on 31 July as she pursues further educational opportunities.

Wong has been with Omnicom Media for more than eight years, including serving as CEO of OMD Hong Kong for the past five and a half years. During her tenure, she has made significant contributions to the agency's growth, client partnerships and market leadership.

"We are grateful to Wong for her outstanding leadership and dedication to OMD Hong Kong over the years," said Yip. "She has played an important role in shaping the agency's success, and we thank her for her many contributions. We wish her every success as she embarks on this exciting next chapter."

Omnicom Media is actively progressing plans regarding Wong's successor. In the interim, Yip will oversee the business to ensure a seamless transition for clients, employees and partners.
