OLIVER, an in-house marketing transformation company under The Brandtech Group, has promoted Patrick Miciano (pictured) to chief creative officer for Asia Pacific, strengthening its regional creative leadership as it looks to scale AI-powered creativity.
Miciano, who joined OLIVER as APAC executive creative director in 2021, will work alongside APAC CEO Paul Bonnette and global chief creative officer Rodrigo Sobral in his new role.
He will focus on strengthening creative excellence and driving AI-powered growth for OLIVER and The Brandtech Group’s clients across the region.

“I’ve always believed the best creative work comes from staying hungry and staying humble – never assuming you’ve got it all figured out, especially in today’s times,” said Miciano.
“AI is reshaping our industry, and I’m excited to help accelerate our creative momentum at a moment when craft and speed matter more than ever. There’s a huge opportunity for OLIVER and Brandtech to set the pace across the region and I can’t wait to get started.”
Miciano brings 20 years of advertising experience to the position. Before joining OLIVER, he spent much of his career at DDB Manila, rising from associate creative director to ECD within four years. He was the youngest ECD in Philippine advertising history at the time, according to OLIVER.
“Pat has proven, year after year, that great creative and commercial ambition are not mutually exclusive,” said Bonnette. “As we accelerate AI-powered growth for our clients, we need creative leadership that can move at speed without compromising craft – and that’s exactly what Pat brings.”
“Pat’s track record speaks for itself – from delivering award-winning work across APAC to building a creative culture that has become a model for other markets. I’m looking forward to working even more closely with him as we bring AI-powered creativity to life at scale for our clients,” Sobral added.
OLIVER is an in-house marketing transformation company under The Brandtech Group that builds and operates marketing teams and content studios embedded within client businesses, helping brands streamline content production and apply technology and AI to their marketing operations.
Founded in 2004, OLIVER has more than 4,500 professionals embedded across 1,500 businesses and brands in more than 40 countries, supporting clients including Unilever, Microsoft, Diageo, L’Oréal, Goldman Sachs and The Guardian.
In APAC, OLIVER has more than 1,100 employees across 70 dedicated content studios, supporting over 500 brands, including Unilever, Google, adidas and Manulife, and producing content in more than 20 languages.
