Moët Hennessy Diageo has appointed Joyce Li to a newly created head of customer marketing role, reporting to managing director Devin Pun.

Li will oversee how the company’s brands show up commercially across customer partnerships, retail, venue experiences and consumer activations, ensuring each touchpoint strengthens brand desirability while supporting business growth.

Her remit also covers channel planning, investment prioritisation, customer collaboration, performance measurement and the development of scalable approaches across both on-trade and off-trade. Her role officially starts on 15 June.

"Customer marketing sits at one of the most important intersections in the business, where brand desirability meets commercial reality," Li said.

"My ambition is to build a function that brings the two together with greater clarity and purpose, translating brand ambition into culturally relevant experiences, stronger customer partnerships and sustainable commercial value, while remaining true to the maisons we represent."

The new role is part of a few key changes to Moët Hennessy Diageo around the region. Earlier this year the group appointed W Communications to handle public relations across its brand portfolio in Singapore. W Communications will lead brand storytelling, media relations, influencer engagement, and event amplification across the entire portfolio, while tailoring communications to Singapore’s discerning audience.
