Marriott Bonvoy, the travel platform of Marriott International, has brought back its citywide dining programme, "Taste of wonders", under the theme “Paired & shared,” celebrating the art of food and wine pairing at participating Marriott Bonvoy hotels across Hong Kong.
Running from now through December 2026, the campaign highlights Marriott International’s culinary and beverage expertise. This year’s "Taste of wonders" unfolds as an immersive tasting journey. Bringing together chefs, sommeliers, and winemakers, the programme features a distinct wine partner and a curated pairing menu across a series of monthly dining experiences, connecting travelers and local diners with the people, places, and passions they love.
The 2026 programme brings the world’s vineyards to the table, introducing wines from iconic regions and emerging producers through menus that reflect Hong Kong’s cross-cultural dining identity.

The campaign kicks off 1 May at Mirage Bar & Restaurant with a Château d’Aquéria Wine Dinner. The menu pairs Poached Lobster with 2024 Lirac Blanc and Cocoa-coated Beef Tenderloin with 2023 Lirac Rouge, finishing with a Chocolate Chestnut Mont-Blanc. Adding to the celebration, Sunset Grill at Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel offers a five-course pairing menu on 14 May, featuring Gillardeau oysters with Lirac Blanc and Beef Bourguignon with Côtes du Rhône Rouge Esprit d’Aqueria.
These inaugural dinners kick off an eight-month series of wine-led tasting menus at ten Marriott Bonvoy hotels across Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott, Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott, Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers, Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung, Renaissance Harbour View, Le Méridien Cyberport, The Park Lane (Autograph Collection), Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, Courtyard Hong Kong Sha Tin, and Four Points by Sheraton Tung Chung.
To elevate everyday dining into a rewarding lifestyle, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn and redeem points at participating venues. This autumn, the campaign will take center stage at the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival, bringing the portfolio’s star chefs, culinary innovations, and wine-pairing artistry to the wider dining community.
Richard Boyer, regional vice president for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Hainan, Marriott International, said: “At Marriott International, food and beverage is central to how we create meaningful connections and bring people closer to their passions. Hong Kong boasts a truly vibrant culinary scene that blends global influences with local creativity. Through 'Taste of Wonders': Paired & shared, we are proud to celebrate this dynamic culture while inviting guests to discover the exceptional craftsmanship and unique stories behind each pairing."
