The 9th edition of the Loyalty & Engagement Awards was successfully held on 12 August 2022 at Shangri-La Singapore. The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022 saw more than 300 of the industry’s finest attended the celebratory gala dinner to network, celebrate and discover first-hand who would walk away with that year’s trophies.
The Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2022 is the only event in the Asia Pacific region focusing completely on customer loyalty and engagement. The event seeks to recognise and celebrate the best loyalty and engagement campaigns designed to attract, retain, and appreciate an organisation’s biggest advocates – their customers and their people. Entries are sought from across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and ANZ regions.
MARKETING-INTERACTIVE would like to give a special shout-out to all the judges who have dedicated their time and effort to thoroughly review and score every single entry and a heartfelt thanks to our Platinum Sponsor, PRM Marketing Services (PRMMS) and gold sponsor, Comarch.
JB Ray, CEO of PRM Marketing Services, told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that loyalty and engagement programme needs to be different. Marketers and brands need to continue to explore and discover what else can be done now. The emergence of B2B2C has started to push marketers to think that how best they can leverage the entire ecosystem.
Meanwhile, Marlena Polrola, CRM & loyal consultant of Comarch told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that loyalty and engagement programme is the key item on the marketing strategy list in Asia. Many brands are aware of the importance of loyalty programme. The loyalty programme is not only for retaining existing customers but also acquiring new business and clients.
