Leverate Group, Southeast Asia's integrated agency specialising in media, creative, and marketing technology solutions, has reinforced its leadership team with two key executive appointments: Fauza Istighfareva as chief partnership officer (CPO) and Dylan Setiawan's promotion to chief operations officer (COO).
Istighfareva (pictured, left), a recognised leader in sales and account management, brings over seven years of experience with Leverate Group. Before rejoining the agency, she held pivotal roles at Tokopedia and Tiptip, driving business partnerships and revenue growth.
In her new position as CPO, Fauza will spearhead strategic partnerships and client engagement, ensuring the agency's services evolve to meet dynamic market demands, a release said. With her expertise, she will accelerate Leverate Group's vision to become Southeast Asia's top integrated marketing agency.

Setiawan's promotion to COO (pictured, right) reflects his operational and strategic expertise. Having refined his expertise at retail group MAP, he further honed his account management and strategy skills in agencies handling clients across finance, FMCG, luxury, and pharmaceuticals.
Over the past five years at Leverate Group, he has played a crucial role in shaping the agency's integrated strategy as head of account strategy. Now as COO, Setiawan will oversee operations, enhance cross-departmental collaboration, and drive Leverate Group's continued momentum.
"With [Istighfareva]'s client-first mindset and [Setiawan]'s operational expertise, we're confident that Leverate Group will continue to thrive and grow in today's highly competitive market," Leverate Group CEO Marlina Lim said in the release.
Istighfareva and Setiawan will work closely with the executive team to strengthen Leverate Group's regional presence and deliver high-impact solutions to clients across Southeast Asia.
As an integrated agency, Leverate Group blends AI-driven insights with creative strategies. Its mission is to become Asia's leading house of passionate brands.
