Hoiana Resorts & Golf checks in new integrated comms partner

Hoiana Resort & Golf (Hoiana) has appointed Montieth SPRG as its integrated communications and marketing agency as it looks to cement its position as one of Asia’s leading upscale destinations.

The partnership will see Montieth SPRG drive a regional programme across key APAC markets including Hong Kong and Singapore, supporting Hoiana’s ambition to grow brand awareness and visitation to the Central Vietnam resort.

The agency will lead on corporate communications, media relations, and influencer marketing, while also advising on corporate profile and brand positioning as Hoiana targets high-value travellers and business events.

The win comes as Hoiana undergoes a strategic refresh under Alan Teo, who took on the role of CEO at resort owner Hoi An South Development in February.

Located near Da Nang, Hoiana offers over 1,000 rooms across properties managed by Rosewood Hotel Group, a casino, more than 20 restaurants, a beach club, spa, and the award-winning Hoiana Shores Golf Club. It also caters to the MICE segment with dedicated facilities for international corporate and incentive groups.

“Advising on corporate reputation and managing influencer programmes will be key to boosting Hoiana’s profile and generating demand across APAC for Vietnam’s luxury travel sector. The Hoiana win follows a strong showing for Montieth SPRG in the region. ASUS, the global computer manufacturer, recently appointed the agency to lead its public relations and corporate communications across key APAC markets including Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

The two-year remit will see Montieth SPRG drive corporate-level messaging and media engagement, with a focus on enhancing ASUS’ visibility among stakeholders and advancing its international brand narrative.
