Havas Moonfolks has appointed Erwin Airlangga (pictured, right) as chief strategy and growth officer, as the agency strengthens its leadership structure to support its next phase of growth in Indonesia.

He will focus on deepening strategic leadership across the agency’s media services while accelerating business growth as the agency continues to scale its capabilities in the market.

Airlangga brings 26 years of industry experience to the role. He most recently served as chief strategic officer at dentsu Creative and previously spent 15 years as CEO of Dwi Sapta Integrated Marketing Communication. He also currently serves as vice president of communications at the Indonesia Marketing Association (IMA).

His appointment comes as part of a broader leadership push at Havas Moonfolks aimed at strengthening strategic, operational and client leadership capabilities across the agency.

As part of the leadership changes, Yuni Isdiyatiningsih has been promoted to head of trading, focusing on strengthening trading excellence and value delivery for clients. Sanchar Roy has taken on the role of head of commerce and digital planning, integrating commerce and performance-led planning into the agency’s offering.

Meanwhile, Deriz Syarief has been named head of operations to drive operational discipline and scalable delivery, while Airin Aprila has been appointed client services director to strengthen senior client partnerships.

The agency has also made several hires across trading, account management and planning functions to support a growing client portfolio. Stefanus Christopher continues to lead the business as general manager, entering his second year with the agency.

“Growth is the ultimate ambition for every brand, and strengthening our leadership team is a critical step in helping our clients achieve it. Since restructuring the business in 2025, we’ve seen strong momentum, and building on this progress, we’ve continued to invest in leadership and talent across functions. Erwin’s appointment, alongside multiple leadership elevations, reflects our commitment to building a strong leadership bench to drive the next phase of growth,” said Anish Daryani (pictured, left), president director of Havas Moonfolks.

The leadership changes come as the agency continues to expand its client portfolio following the formation of Havas Moonfolks. Recent additions include GSK, Webull, Yoyic, Samsonite & American Tourister, Emirates, Hanasui and Cinepolis.

Airlangga said the agency’s transformation and future ambition were key factors behind his decision to join. “The agency rebranded just over a year ago, bringing new leadership, a clear vision, and the opportunity to build something truly meaningful.”

Pankaj Nayak, CEO of Havas Media Network Singapore and president of SEA at Havas Media, added that Indonesia remains a priority market for the network’s regional growth strategy.

“Anchored in Havas’ ‘Growth, powered by desire’ mindset, we are building deeper strategic capability that enables brands to stand out and win through originality. This strengthened leadership structure positions Havas Moonfolks to deliver a more differentiated media offering and greater client impact across Indonesia,” Nayak said.
