GoRocky has expanded into the women's health sector after acquiring the Kindred brand and related assets from Kindred Health, marking a significant step in the telehealth platform's ambition to build an integrated chronic care ecosystem in the Philippines.
The acquisition brings together two digital healthcare providers that have collectively served nearly 100,000 patients in the country.
Founded in 2023, GoRocky operates a platform connecting patients with licensed doctors, pharmacies and diagnostic services for chronic conditions including sexual health, hair loss and weight management. Kindred, established in 2022 by Jessica de Mesa-Lim, offers hybrid women's healthcare through its flagship clinic in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) alongside online consultations, diagnostics and specialised care programmes.

GoRocky said its immediate priority is ensuring continuity of care for existing Kindred patients. The BGC clinic will remain operational throughout the transition, supported by online access and care coordination services, while patients can continue using existing Kindred communication channels.
The company also plans to integrate its technology platform with Kindred's care model, bringing together care coordination, clinical workflows and patient support under a single system.
The move follows growing demand from female patients using GoRocky's services, particularly within its weight management programmes. It also reflects a broader shift towards vertically integrated healthcare platforms that combine consultations, diagnostics and pharmacy fulfilment into one ecosystem.
"One integrated platform is what lets us deliver better care to both men and women: a network of licensed doctors and partner pharmacies, our own technology for electronic medical records and order management, and diagnostics," said GoRocky CEO Kiyanusch Braun.
"Our first priority is to serve existing patients better: 24/7 support, an expanded doctor network, and more treatment options as determined by our doctors while ensuring continuity of care throughout the transition. From there, we will grow care across Kindred’s flagship clinic in BGC and online to millions of patients to come, adding services for menopause, metabolic health, mental health, and sexual health."
GoRocky said it intends to leverage the combined infrastructure to address longstanding gaps in chronic disease management and gender-specific healthcare across the Philippines.
The company is backed by investors including Kaya Founders, Integra Partners and Pulse 63 Healthcare Ventures. Following the transaction, the Kindred brand and certain related assets are operated by GoRocky, while Kindred Health continues to exist as a separate legal entity.
