Gigi Coffee has named Chariot Agency as its new creative partner.
Known for its cheeky branding and modern, lifestyle-first stores, the appointment comes as Gigi Coffee wants to stay sharp and culturally connected as it expands.
The partnership with Chariot spans a wide creative scope from seasonal drink campaigns and product launches to social-first content and purpose-led initiatives.

The agency's role will also include creative ideation, brand communications, campaign development, and social storytelling, with both teams working closely to bring ideas from concept to cup.
“Gigi’s always been about more than just coffee,” said Marcus Low (pictured), group CEO of Gigi Coffee.
“It’s about creating simple, enjoyable moments through disruptive ideas—and Chariot understands how to bring that to life in a real, relatable way," he added.
Adrian Cheah, managing director at Chariot, added: “There’s a natural chemistry between our teams. Both Gigi and Chariot are born and bred in Malaysia, with the same drive to grow and make our mark in the region."
"We’re united by a love for ideas that disrupt, shift behaviour, and challenge the norm—and we’re excited to do that together," stated Cheah.
The win adds to Chariot’s growing roster of new business, which includes Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet). The agency was recently appointed to develop PayNet’s first-ever masterbrand platform and integrated communications programme, with work already underway for a fourth-quarter launch.
Meanwhile, Wipro Unza, the personal care giant behind brands such as Carrie Junior, Dashing, Enchanteur, Romano and Scentify, has also called a creative pitch for a new strategic partner. The two-year contract will see the appointed agency lead strategy and creative across the five brands, signalling a busy time for Malaysia’s independent shops ready to deliver bold ideas at speed.
