Foodpanda Hong Kong has tapped Hong Kong born Korean influencer Heiri Jun and local theatre actors to encourage consumers to discover maximum discounts on the platform.
Running throughout September 2025, a spokesperson from foodpanda said the social campaign, "foodpanda PANDADEAL - 慳少少不如醒少少", aims to heighten awareness of foodpanda’s PANDADEAL offer, drive user engagement and acquisition, and educate existing users to unlock maximum discounts, ultimately enhancing customer value and loyalty.
Done in partnership with creative agency Narrow Door, the campaign has implemented a strategic, multi-channel approach centred on data-driven personalisation, utilising user behaviour insights to deliver timely and relevant promotions.
This was enhanced by targeted influencer partnerships with Jun and "The Phantom of The Negative 2" combo, engaging two distinct audience segments - male and female consumers, to craft tailored messaging that maximises conversion rates and ensures broad, impactful reach.
The campaign targets the mass public, with a particular focus on general foodpanda users who are value-conscious and frequent online food orderers, added the spokesperson.
The campaign is amplified via digital channels, including foodpanda’s app and website, social media platforms and targeted online ads on Google and affiliate networks to maximise visibility among tech-savvy consumers.

Back in September 2024, foodpanda Hong Kong launched a new campaign to celebrate its 10th year in town, with a series of promotional activities centred around the theme of "10."
As part of the campaign, foodpanda offered various rewards and discounts each week, spanning across food delivery, pick-up, and grocery orders. The first-week promotion provided 90% off selected dishes at seven featured restaurants. Meanwhile, the following nine weeks will feature foodpanda vouchers, pick-up discounts, as well as other offers.
