Mayank Singh, CMO and head of the centre of excellence and experience (CExE) at Domino’s Pizza Indonesia, has announced his departure after a seven-year tenure.
In a reflective post on LinkedIn, Singh wrote: “I sign off from Domino’s Pizza Indonesia - and from the world of pizzas - not as a resignation, but as a retirement from a chapter that shaped me profoundly.”
Singh joined Domino’s Indonesia in August 2018, navigating a landscape fraught with challenges, from the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns to supply chain disruptions, inflation, and market slowdowns. Yet, he highlighted the resilience of his team: “Year after year, the team delivered - not because it was comfortable, but because it mattered.”

During his tenure, Singh steered Domino’s Indonesia’s marketing, innovation, and digital transformation efforts, while overseeing operational excellence across food safety, audits, standard operating procedures, training, and customer experience. His leadership helped scale the brand into a high-performing challenger in Indonesia’s competitive food delivery market, leveraging viral marketing campaigns, data-driven strategies, and disruptive product innovation.
Known for his “people-first” leadership philosophy, Singh emphasised collaboration over hierarchy: “There are no bosses - only colleagues with different responsibilities. Ownership beats authority. Values outlast targets. And if you do your best work for yourself, the company inevitably wins.”
Singh expressed gratitude to his colleagues and partners: “I’m deeply grateful to my leadership colleagues and board for the trust and freedom to build; the Domino’s global and Asia teams for partnership and belief; every team member on the ground who made the impossible look routine; and all the partners/vendors that worked with me, without you, this journey would have been impossible.”
Domino’s Pizza Indonesia, part of Mitra Adiperkasa and Everstone Capital, operates 109 stores across six cities, namely Jakarta, Bekasi, Depok, Bogor, Bandung, and Bali, with expansion plans continuing. The company holds the master franchise rights for the Domino’s brand in Indonesia.
While Singh reflected on his time at Domino’s Indonesia and hinted at “new adventures ahead,” he has not disclosed his next professional destination.
