Deepika Padukone's latest Hilton stay comes with a new story to tell

Hilton has unveiled the next chapter of its global campaign featuring brand ambassador Deepika Padukone, as the hospitality giant continues to strengthen its presence in India.
Rolling out across social, digital and out-of-home channels, the campaign builds on last year's debut, which Hilton said generated more than 11 billion views across social and digital platforms. The latest instalment forms part of a broader creative programme that will continue throughout the year.
Centred on Hilton's "It matters where you stay" platform, the campaign was filmed at Conrad Bengaluru and explores how hotels can become a support system for travellers when they are away from their usual routines and familiar surroundings.

The creative follows Padukone as she embraces a more spontaneous and relaxed side of herself while travelling, highlighting Hilton's hospitality, loyalty programme, dining and wellness offerings as enablers of a more seamless travel experience.
According to Hilton, the campaign is inspired by the idea that modern travellers increasingly seek convenience, authenticity and personalised experiences, with the brand positioning its hotels as spaces that help guests feel comfortable and confident while away from home.
The campaign features an original soundtrack by music producer Mikey McCleary and was created alongside GRAMMY Award-winning director Nadia Marquard Otzen and choreographer Shay Latukolan, combining contemporary music and movement to reflect Padukone's personality throughout the film.
The latest campaign also comes as Hilton accelerates its expansion across India, with the company aiming to grow its portfolio to 400 operating hotels in the coming years. The brand said the campaign reflects its focus on delivering intuitive hospitality that supports evolving traveller expectations.
Hilton first partnered with Padukone in 2024 as the face of its "It matters where you stay" campaign in India, marking one of the brand's largest marketing efforts in the market. The campaign forms part of Hilton's wider strategy to deepen engagement with Indian travellers as it expands its footprint across the country.
“People often think about travel in terms of destinations, but for us, it’s about hospitality – the stay – that makes the trip possible. A Hilton stay helps our guests make the most of why they came. Travel is exciting, but it can also be demanding,” said Mark Weinstein, chief marketing officer and head of luxury brands, Hilton.
He added, “When travel takes people from their routines, the Stay becomes even more important. Our team members ensure everything is taken care of, giving guests the comfort and confidence to focus on what truly matters, turning everyday moments into expressions of confidence and playfulness. Deepika brings that feeling to life beautifully in this campaign and captures the ease that comes when everything around you simply works.”
Padukone said she was drawn to the campaign because it reflected the experience of staying with Hilton, adding that feeling comfortable and well looked after allows travellers to relax, be themselves and enjoy the journey. She added that this sense of ease also gave the team the freedom to have fun with the creative.
The latest instalment follows an earlier chapter of Hilton's "It matters where you stay" campaign released last year, which also featured Padukone. Shot in her hometown, the film highlighted the small, thoughtful moments that elevate a hotel stay, portraying the actor balancing a demanding schedule while showcasing Hilton's approach to intuitive, guest-first hospitality.
