Australian creative technology platform Nova Studio has strengthened its Asia Pacific team with two senior hires as it looks to accelerate growth with agencies and other buy-side partners across the region.
The company has appointed Aimee Jenkins as director of strategic partnerships, APAC, while Niall Hogan will join as a consultant focused on growing Nova Studio's business with holding companies and independent agencies across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Both will report to Gavin Merwood, general manager, APAC. The appointments follow what Nova Studio described as a period of strong year-on-year growth in the region.

Jenkins joins Nova Studio from Yahoo DSP and will be responsible for driving growth with key partners across APAC, as well as deepening relationships supporting the company's regional expansion.
Meanwhile, Hogan joins from APAC go-to-market consultancy Frontier Eight. In his consulting role, he will focus on expanding Nova Studio's activity with holding companies and independent agencies operating out of Singapore and Southeast Asian hubs. Hogan previously held leadership roles at GumGum, Ogury and Integral Ad Science (IAS).
The appointments come as Nova Studio looks to deepen its presence among buy-side partners across its key APAC markets.
"I'm genuinely excited to welcome Jenkins and Hogan to the Nova Studio team. Both of them bring a rare combination of pedigree, relationships and firsthand experience across our industry, and it's not often you get to add two people of this calibre to the business at the same time," said Merwood.
He added, "We're at a pivotal point in our growth story in APAC, and having leaders of this quality join us now says a lot about where we're headed. I couldn't be more pleased to have them on board."
Nova Studio's regional push comes as other marketing and advertising technology players step up their expansion across APAC. Earlier this month, influencer marketing and technology platform Fabulate raised AU$4.5 million in an oversubscribed funding round, bringing its post-money valuation to AU$84.5 million.
The funding comes as Fabulate accelerates its expansion beyond its Australian roots. Over the past two years, the company has established operations across New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea and Japan.
