The SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo has expanded its Southeast Asian footprint into Cambodia, appointing Mekhala Radiant Communications as its official exclusive affiliate in the market.
The move adds Cambodia to the network’s existing presence across Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, as the alliance seeks to strengthen cross-border collaboration and local market expertise across Southeast Asia.
Led by managing partner Kounila Keo and partner Anirudh Singh Bhati, Mekhala brings capabilities spanning corporate communications, public relations, digital marketing, influencer marketing, crisis communications, events and video production. The Cambodia-based agency works with clients ranging from multinational Fortune 500 companies to technology startups.

“Cambodia’s growing role in Southeast Asia presents a good opportunity to have a partner like Mekhala Radiant Communications. This reflects our commitment to building a network that is not only wider, but also deeper in its understanding of the markets we serve,” said Ferdinand L. Bondoy, interregional president & group chief executive and head of global & strategic communications, as well as partner and co-founder of COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises and lead convener of SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo.
“By bringing together agencies with strong local roots, shared regional goals, and global standards of excellence, SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo creates greater opportunities to exchange ideas, unlock new possibilities, and shape communications that truly resonate across Southeast Asia.”
For Mekhala, the partnership provides a platform to bring Cambodian market insights into regional campaigns while drawing on the network’s wider capabilities.
“In a hypercompetitive environment, incisive local insights give businesses the clarity to make better decisions. Each Southeast Asian market has its own expectations, relationships and ways of communicating. SEA CAN brings that knowledge together, helping us develop sharper strategies and deliver projects effectively across borders. Mekhala looks forward to contributing our understanding of Cambodia to that shared effort,” said Kounila Keo, managing partner of Mekhala Radiant Communications.
The network now comprises Mekhala Radiant Communications in Cambodia, Agrakom PR in Indonesia, Ink PR in Malaysia, COMCO Southeast Asia–Pilipinas in the Philippines, COMCO Southeast Asia–Singapore, 2COMMU in Thailand and Chi Communications in Vietnam.
Beyond commercial and creative collaboration, SEA CAN also runs One Southeast Asia, a digital and communications initiative focused on regional identity, environmental sustainability and youth engagement. The initiative supports campaigns around environmental protection and conservation, while engaging young people around a stronger Southeast Asian identity.
