Coles appoints Tiffany Chen as general manager of Coles 360

Coles has appointed Tiffany Chen as general manager of Coles 360, as the supermarket giant continues to build out its retail media capabilities.
Chen joins Coles from McKinsey & Company, where she has worked closely with the Coles 360 team over the past 12 months. She brings experience in building and scaling retail media networks, with work spanning North America and APAC.
Coles said Chen’s global perspective, combined with her understanding of the Australian retail media landscape and the Coles business, positions the company for its next phase of innovation in the category. Chen officially commenced in the role on Monday 12 January.
Coles 360 has been a key growth focus for the retailer as brands increasingly shift spend toward retail media platforms that combine first-party data, closed-loop measurement and in-store to digital reach.
