Club Med picks media agency for ESAP markets
share on
Club Med has appointed NP Digital as its media agency partner for the East, South Asia, and Pacific (ESAP) region, strengthening a collaboration that began three years ago under NP Digital’s former SearchGuru brand.
The multi-year retainer, led by NP Digital’s Singapore office, will see the agency handle end-to-end performance marketing and a data-driven media strategy targeting families and next-generation travellers, with growth plans focused on Vietnam, India, and the Philippines.
Faced with a fragmented digital approach in a highly competitive travel market, Club Med is consolidating its efforts with NP Digital to build a unified, scalable strategy backed by deeper insights into regional consumer behaviour, platform opportunities, and competitive positioning.

The expanded scope covers strategic planning and SEO support in selected markets, alongside market-specific roadmaps and enhancements to its performance media structure. NP Digital’s audience-first data strategy and focus on AI will spotlight upcoming resort launches, seasonal campaigns, and sustainability initiatives.
“NP Digital partnering with Club Med marks a strategic collaboration built on shared ambition,” said Gary Cheung, managing director at NP Digital SEA. “The past few years have seen us working closely with Club Med to co-create scalable, market-specific strategies that not only deliver measurable performance, but also fuel long-term brand growth.”
Valerie Loy, vice-president of marketing (ESAP) at Club Med, added: “NP Digital has been key in successfully driving our media efforts, helping deliver our brand’s story to travellers in the region. Their expertise in performance marketing, combined with strategic rigour and comprehensive understanding of our ambitions, makes them the right partner to continue building new successes with.”
The move underscores Club Med’s push to redefine premium travel for modern consumers, with NP Digital as a key partner in driving customer-centric, data-led growth across the region.
Their renewed partnership comes at a time when brands in the region are actively reviewing media agency relationships. Mandai Wildlife Group, for instance, has called a pitch for its media account.
MARKETING-INTERACTIVE understands the pitch process, managed by R3, is underway, though details on the appointment timeline and scope of work have yet to be disclosed.
