Persija Jakarta has named adidas Indonesia as its official apparel partner under a new multi-year agreement, marking the return of the global sportswear brand to one of Indonesia's most recognisable football clubs.
The partnership, unveiled at the adidas brand centre in Grand Indonesia, Jakarta, on 22 June, comes as Persija prepares for the Super League 2026/27 season. The collaboration will see adidas supply the club's match kits, training wear and other team apparel throughout the competition period.
For both organisations, the agreement represents more than a sponsorship arrangement. Persija and adidas said the partnership is built on shared values of heritage, ambition and a commitment to maintaining high standards, while strengthening the club's position as a source of pride for its supporters and the city of Jakarta.

Persija president Mohamad Prapanca said the partnership aligns with the club's long-term ambitions both on and off the pitch.
"Persija has always had a strong ambition to continue growing and reaching new heights. Our collaboration with adidas, a global brand, marks an important step in that journey. We share a common vision of delivering the highest standards while instilling a sense of pride among the entire Persija family, Jakmania supporters, and the people of Jakarta," said Prapanca.
"We want to create something that holds greater meaning for the players, the club, and our supporters. We hope this collaboration marks the beginning of a positive journey and helps take Persija to even greater achievements."
For adidas Indonesia, the partnership reinforces its commitment to Indonesian football through an alliance with one of the country's most established clubs and passionate fan communities.
Cinita Dewi Mayakatri, senior manager of brand activation at adidas Indonesia, said the club's history, achievements and supporter base made it a natural fit for the brand.
"Partnering with Persija marks a new chapter in adidas' commitment to supporting the development of Indonesian football. By combining adidas' global innovation and experience with Persija's spirit, tradition, and exceptionally strong supporter base, we are confident that this collaboration will make a meaningful contribution - not only in enhancing the team's performance on the pitch, but also in inspiring a new generation of Indonesian football fans," she said.
The two organisations previously worked together from the late 1970s through the 1990s, a period during which the Jakarta-based club enjoyed a series of competitive successes.
