72andSunny has appointed Ross Henderson as managing director of its Singapore office, strengthening the agency’s leadership presence in the region and signalling its continued commitment to building a world-class creative hub in Asia.
In his new role, Henderson will lead 72andSunny Singapore’s next phase of growth, with a focus on elevating creative ambition, strengthening regional capabilities and positioning the office as a hub for globally relevant, culture-driven work.
Henderson will report to Chris Kay, CEO International at 72andSunny, and work closely with the agency’s international leadership team, including chief creative officer Justine Armour and chief strategy officer Maria Galleriu, to further integrate the Singapore office into 72andSunny’s global network.

With over 15 years of experience, including 11 years in Singapore, Henderson brings a hybrid leadership profile spanning strategy, creative and commercial disciplines. His appointment comes at a time of strong momentum for the 72andSunny Creative Collective globally and reinforces the agency’s ambition to deliver culturally impactful work from Asia to the world.
He joins 72andSunny from M&C Saatchi World Services, where he served as director, Asia Pacific. Prior to that, he was managing partner at Culture Group, vice president, global clients at Publicis Groupe and head of business leadership and managing partner at BBH Singapore.
Henderson has a track record of building successful partnerships with brands including AEG, Diageo, Heineken, Jollibee, Nike, Samsung and UOB. He also brings deep experience in the entertainment space, having played a key role in securing and activating platforms such as Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Singapore and Ed Sheeran’s + - = ÷ x Tour of Southeast Asia.
Furthermore, he has built a reputation for delivering impactful work at scale, leading major regional campaigns and entertainment-led platforms involving global brands, artists, sports properties and IP owners.
“Henderson is exactly the right kind of creative entrepreneur for 72andSunny in Singapore as we look to the evolution of our brand in the region,” said Kay. “He brings inspiring creative instinct, deep strategic rigour, a human energy in building teams, and a next generation understanding of how culture moves across Asia Pacific. As we continue to grow in the region, his leadership will be key to building a world-class offering out of Singapore and unlocking new growth opportunities for our partners."
Commenting on his appointment, Henderson said that he is excited to join the team in Singapore and help to build a "creative powerhouse worthy of the 72andSunny name."
“72andSunny has always stood for optimism, ambition and the belief that creativity can shape culture. That’s something I’ve spent my career focused on, particularly across Asia Pacific, where the opportunity to create work that travels globally has never been greater," stated Henderson.
Henderson’s appointment follows the departure of Po Kay Lee, who has led the Singapore office through its transition following the acquisition of Forsman & Bodenfors by 72andSunny.
“We’re incredibly grateful to Lee for her leadership, dedication and the impact she’s had on the Forsman business over the past 4.5 years,” added Kay. “She’s been instrumental in guiding the office through an important period of transition. We wish her all the very best in what comes next.”
The acquisition first took place in January 2022 with Lee helming the integrated operations. At the time, Lee was president of Forsman & Bodenfors. Ida Siow and Johnny Tan, who were previously 72andSunny Singapore's president and ECD respectively have since taken on new roles. Siow made a return to Ogilvy as its senior strategy partner while Tan was appointed chief creative officer, SEA at Accenture Song.
